We have developed , a new type of foam glass.
Foam glass has already proved its performance and safety to be widely used in many advanced countries such as Europe.

This is made by mixing glass powder, which is the main material, with foaming agent such as carbon, and heating the mixed powder at about 800 ℃ or more, the glass powder is melted and foamed and expanded.

It is lightweight (specific gravity 0.16 ~ 0.4), low in absorbency and excellent in acid resistance and alkali resistance.
So it is a great product as insulation.

However, since it is expensive, it is used as an industrial insulation material for cryogenic temperature such as LNG plant.
This new material has been newly developed to be applicable to various construction environments.

By using recycled glass as raw material and low-temperature sintering, production cost has been drastically reduced.
In addition, we have developed a technology that can produce PiN foam of various physical properties according to requirements to be applicable in various fields.

These will be used for various purposes such as inner and outer wall finishing materials with insulation effect, remodeling exterior materials, fire door core materials and soundproof walls, and it will be a material to protect the safety and property of customers.
In addition, the glass bubbles are very small and independent,
so it is also good as an interior material because of its light and unique beauty.
